MATTERS ARISING Low Sykes bank footpath is being looked into by the council

COUNCILLORS REPORTS The Situation with Stean Bin Storage is being looked into. At the moment CCTV for Pateley bridge is being debated along the High street. The parish council discussed if there should be something similar for Upper Nidderdale. Issues about location and practicality were discussed, but at this moment it was decided this is something for a later date. Cllr J Carter brought up about the footpath on the Nidderdale Way, and how the land at Gouthwaite had become a quagmire.

FIRE STATION Is in need of volunteers to keep it in the community

STREET LIGHTS No 6 at Middlesmoor is still waiting on being replaced.

PARKING NEAR RESERVOIR None

HIGHWAYS the gorse at Trapping Hill needs trimming. It was agreed it needed doing for safety reasons. It was reported a telegraph pole maybe being fitted between Middlesmoor and Lofthouse. Cllr S Ramsden and Cllr D Fothergill are going to investigate this. Litter pick has been done recently.

PARISH CARETAKER It was agreed that grass cutting is needing to eb doen, but also agreed this should be after the Daffodils have gone.

AGAR EXEMPTION It was agreed by all members of the Parish Council that the parish council is exempt from a limited assurance review and the clerk should email the exemption certificate to PFK Littlejohn
