MINUTES OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
HELD ON Monday 13th April at Ramsgill Village Hall at 7.30pm

  5. MATTERS ARISING North Yorkshire Council are looking into the footpath with a fence over it.

  6. COUNCILLORS REPORTS North Yorkshire Council are looking into byway open to all traffic on Green lane. Fountains Earth mosaic is still to be moved. It is being considered to be put at Lofthouse Memorial Hall. Cllr M Wells brought up the wall condition at the reservoir, owned by Yorkshire Water. There are currently several gaps. Cllr S Ramsden stated he maybe seeing the representative of Yorkshire Water later in the week, and will bring it up.

  10. VILLAGE ISSUES Nothing to report

  11. PARKING NEAR RESERVOIR None

  12. HIGHWAYS Signage for Wath Bridge has yet to be put in place, warning drivers of the issue before heading down the road. Area6 is being emailed a reminder of the urgent need for this. The fence near the turning to Wath has been damaged. Photos are to be sent to point this out to Area6

  21. ACCOUNTS A review with HSBC has taken place. It was pointed out it would be advisable for new signatures to the account as currently only 2 listed with HSBC,
